Last updated: October 4, 2026

This policy explains what information Infinite Rabbithole Digital Marketing ("we", "us") collects when you visit this website or buy the DMSK (Digital Marketing Starter Kit), how it is used, and the choices you have. If you have any questions, email infiniterabbitholedigital@gmail.com.

Information we collect

Meta Pixel and advertising

We use the Meta Pixel, an advertising tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram), only if you click "Accept" in our cookie banner. If you decline or ignore the banner, the Meta Pixel is not loaded and no data is sent to Meta from this site.

When you accept, the Meta Pixel:

We do not send your name, phone number or raw email address to Meta through the browser Pixel. When a Stripe payment is successfully completed, our server may send Meta a Purchase conversion containing the order value and currency plus a one-way SHA-256 hash of the purchaser's normalized email address for conversion matching. Meta receives the hash, not the raw email address.

Meta may combine this data with information it already has about you (for example, if you are logged in to Facebook or Instagram) and uses it under its own terms. You can learn more in Meta's Privacy Policy and control ads you see in your Meta ad preferences.

Change your choice at any time. You can accept or withdraw consent for advertising cookies whenever you like. Withdrawing consent stops the Meta Pixel on this site and removes its cookies from your browser.

Other cookies and local storage

How we use information

Where privacy laws such as the GDPR or UK GDPR apply, our legal bases are: performing our contract with you (orders and delivery), our legitimate interests (support, security, record keeping), legal obligations (tax and accounting), and your consent (Meta Pixel advertising cookies).

Who we share information with

We don't sell your personal information for money. We share information only with service providers that help us run the business:

Under some US state privacy laws (for example, California's CCPA/CPRA), sharing data with Meta for ad targeting can count as "selling" or "sharing" personal information. The Meta Pixel only runs after you opt in, so declining or withdrawing consent disables browser-based Meta advertising cookies. Server-side purchase conversion reporting is separate from the browser Pixel, as described above. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Some of these providers are located in, or process data in, the United States and other countries. Where required, they rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep information

We keep order records for as long as needed to provide support and to meet tax and accounting requirements (typically up to 7 years). Support emails are kept for as long as needed to resolve your request. Meta Pixel cookies expire after about 90 days unless refreshed, and you can delete them at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain uses, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or targeted advertising, and to withdraw consent at any time. To make a request, email infiniterabbitholedigital@gmail.com. We won't treat you differently for exercising your rights. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

We honor your choice made in our cookie banner. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out, and the Meta Pixel won't load.

Children

This site and the DMSK are not intended for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed.
